In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are not touching for even cooking.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
