Method
Preparing the Shrimp

Prepare the Breading
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Breading the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the wet mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the dry mixture. Set aside on a plate.
Frying the Shrimp

Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add a few shrimp to the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making the Fries

Bake the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, usually baking them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Preparing the Coleslaw

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cabbage is evenly coated.

Chill the Coleslaw
Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Making the Cocktail Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
