Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake them for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Gravy Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare Brown Gravy

In a saucepan, combine the brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Stir continuously over medium heat until the gravy thickens, approximately 5-7 minutes.

  2. 3

    Prepare White Gravy

In another saucepan, combine the white gravy mix with 1 cup of milk. Stir continuously over medium heat until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Keep both gravies warm until ready to assemble the fries.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 4

    Combine Components

Once the fries are cooked, place them on a serving platter. Pour the brown gravy over the fries, followed by the white gravy. Sprinkle the shredded pepperjack cheese evenly over the top.

  2. 5

    Add Toppings

Top the cheesy fries with the cooked diced steak and finish with a generous amount of pico de gallo. Serve immediately while hot.
