Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine Citadelle Gin, Barr Hill Gin, Crème de Violette, honey, and Scrappy's Lavender Bitters. Add ice and shake well until chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour the shaken mixture over the ice.

Add Tonic Water
Top off the drink with tonic water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish
Garnish with the black lime and a sprig of fresh lavender.
