Cocktail Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Elena Penna Piedmontese Gin, Zubrowka, and Italicus. Add a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.

Step 4: Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.

Gently top the cocktail with G.D. Vajra Moscato d'Asti and garnish with an additional sprig of rosemary.
