Mixing the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Widow Jane 10yr Bourbon, Mezcal Vago Ensamble, and Knob Creek Rosemary Single Barrel 8yr Rye.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.
Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
