Prepare the Olive Vinaigrette

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Season the Branzino

Rinse the Branzino under cold water and pat dry. Rub the outside and inside of the fish with salt and black pepper.

Grill the Fish

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the Branzino on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the skin is charred and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Plate the Dish

Once grilled, place the Branzino on a serving platter. Drizzle the charred olive vinaigrette over the fish and top with shaved baby fennel.
