Prepare Corned Beef Hash

Cook Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add Corned Beef and Seasonings
Add the corned beef to the skillet along with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix everything well and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the hash is crispy and heated through.
Cook Hashbrowns or Tater Barrels

Prepare Hashbrowns or Tater Barrels
In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the frozen hashbrowns or tater barrels and season with salt to taste.

Cook Until Golden Brown
Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Cook Eggs

Fry the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt, and cook to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up.
