Method
Preparation of Chicken Wings
- 1
Cut and Season Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to coat.
- 2
Prepare Breading Station
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each piece of seasoned chicken, dredge it in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Place the breaded chicken on a plate.
Cooking the Wings
- 4
Heat Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil. Fry in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Tossing with Sauce
- 6
Coat with Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried boneless wings with your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, sweet red chili, garlic parmesan, or mango habanero) until well coated.
Serving
- 7
Serve
Serve the boneless wings hot with extra sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
