Cook the macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Make the cheese sauce
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Lower the heat and add the cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Combine with lobster
Add the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat to the cheese sauce. Stir until well combined. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Prepare for baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese to a greased baking dish.
- 5
Add breadcrumbs and bake
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the lobster mac and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious lobster mac and cheese!
