Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Fill each half with cream cheese and top with crumbled bacon.

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add water until a smooth batter forms.
Fry the Chicken and Jalapeños
