Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches each.

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Coat Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then transfer to the dry breading mixture. Toss until the chicken is coated evenly. Set aside.

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken bites from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
