For the Mini Cheeseburgers

Method

To Prepare Mini Cheeseburgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the mini burger buns in half. Optionally, you can toast them on the grill or in a toaster for added texture and flavor.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Mini Cheeseburgers

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked patty topped with melted cheese. Add a slice of tomato, a pickle slice, a squirt of ketchup, and a squirt of mustard. Finally, cap with the top half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Arrange the assembled mini cheeseburgers on a platter and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious mini cheeseburgers!
