Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by washing and halving the red potatoes. Cut the corn into thirds. Smash the garlic bulbs to release their flavors. Cut the lemon into wedges for serving.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Boil the Water

In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add the salt, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to the boiling water.

  2. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Once the water is boiling, add the halved red potatoes. Let them cook for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender.

  3. 4

    Add the Corn and Sausage

After the potatoes are cooked, add the corn pieces and sausage to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. 5

    Add the Seafood

Next, add the snow crab clusters and shrimp. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the crab is heated through.

  5. 6

    Drain and Serve

Carefully drain the pot using a colander. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a large serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
