Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Start by cleaning the clams under cold running water to remove any sand or debris. Set aside. If using a whole lobster, steam or boil it for about 8-10 minutes until cooked, then remove the meat from the shell and chop into bite-sized pieces. Keep the lobster meat aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sausage

Slice the sausage into bite-sized pieces. This will help it cook evenly and blend well with the seafood.

  3. 3

    Mince the Garlic

Peel and mince the garlic cloves finely.

  4. 4

    Chop the Parsley

Finely chop the fresh parsley to garnish the dish.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Sauté the Sausage

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  2. 6

    Add the Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 7

    Cook the Clams and Scallops

Add the clams and scallops to the skillet. Pour in the lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the clams open up and the scallops are opaque and cooked through.

  4. 8

    Combine with Lobster

Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat into the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to combine.

Serving

  1. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the seafood mixture. Serve immediately with crusty bread or over your favorite pasta.
