Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the snow crab clusters and shrimp under cold water to remove any debris. Pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and the lemon juice. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Snow Crab

In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add the snow crab clusters and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Remove and set aside.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and the seasoning mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Dish

On a large serving platter, arrange the snow crab clusters and shrimp. Drizzle with any leftover garlic butter from the skillet. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
