Make the Rocket Sauce
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Sriracha sauce, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Grill or boil the all beef hot dogs according to your preference until heated through and slightly charred.

Lightly toast the New England style hot dog buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
