Prepare the Sauce
Make the Jalapeno-Chipotle Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped jalapeno peppers, and chipotle in adobo sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Cook the Burger
Form and Cook the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 1, 2, or 3 patties based on desired size. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
Assemble the Burger
Build Your Burger
Toast the burger bun lightly. Place the cooked patty on the bottom half, add a slice of cheddar cheese, a generous amount of roasted red peppers, and a spoonful of the jalapeno-chipotle sauce. Top with ghost pepper chips and cover with the top half of the bun.
