Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

2. Griddle Cooking

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without pressing down. Flip the patties and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.

3. Toast the Buns

During the last minute of cooking, place the sesame seed buns cut-side down on the griddle to toast lightly.

4. Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked beef patty, a slice of tomato, and some red onion. Generously drizzle with Rocket Sauce and top with the other half of the bun.

5. Serve

Serve the Rocket Burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
