Prepare the Water
Pour 8 cups of vapor distilled water into a large pitcher or container.

Add Electrolytes
Measure 1 teaspoon of the electrolyte blend and add it to the vapor distilled water.

Mix Well
Stir the mixture thoroughly until the electrolytes are fully dissolved in the water.

Chill (Optional)
For a refreshing drink, refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour before serving.
