Paratha Tacos Recipe

Choose two, mix or match. Mojo Chicken: paratha, onions, cilantro, smoky peach salsa, & queso fresco. Korean BBQ: paratha bread, 5-spice BBQ pork, kimchi, & pickled daikon. Baja Bliss: paratha bread, potato chips & panko fried cod, cilantro lime aioli, curtido slaw, pickled red onions, & cilantro. Aloo Chat: paratha bread, crispy fried potatoes, tikka masala, pickled red onion, cumin aioli, & cilantro.

Mojo Chicken

    Prepare Mojo Chicken Filling

    In a skillet, sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add cooked chicken pieces and mix with smoky peach salsa. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Assemble the Taco

    On a paratha, layer the mojo chicken filling, sprinkle cilantro, and top with crumbled queso fresco. Fold and serve.

Korean BBQ

    Prepare Korean BBQ Filling

    In a bowl, mix the 5-spice BBQ pork with kimchi and pickled daikon. Heat in a skillet for 3-4 minutes.

    Assemble the Taco

    Place the BBQ pork filling on a paratha. Fold the paratha over and serve immediately.

Baja Bliss

    Prepare Baja Bliss Filling

    Fry panko-breaded cod until golden and crispy. In a bowl, mix the curtido slaw with cilantro lime aioli.

    Assemble the Taco

    On a paratha, layer the crispy cod, followed by potato chips, slaw mixture, pickled red onions, and cilantro. Fold and enjoy.

Aloo Chat

    Prepare Aloo Chat Filling

    Combine crispy fried potatoes with tikka masala in a bowl. Heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Assemble the Taco

    On a paratha, layer the potato and tikka masala mixture, followed by pickled red onions, cumin aioli, and cilantro. Fold and serve.
