Crepe Preparation

Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually whisk in the water until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

Let the Batter Rest
Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes at room temperature to improve texture.
Cooking the Crepes

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Cook the Crepes
Once the oil is hot, pour a ladleful of crepe batter into the pan, swirling to cover the bottom evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the crepe is lightly golden.

Remove from Pan
Carefully slide the crepe out of the pan and place it on a plate. Repeat the process with remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
