Prepare the Aioli
In a blender, combine Haskap berries, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the kaiser rolls in half and lightly toast if desired. On the bottom half, layer butterleaf lettuce, sliced turkey breast, and slices of Sylvan Star Gouda cheese. Spread a generous amount of Haskap berry aioli on the top half of the roll. Place the top half on the sandwich and press gently.

Serve
Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
