Preparation Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the wild rice flour, tapioca flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs. Mix well.

3

Add Wet Ingredients

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more wild rice flour.

4

Roll Out the Dough

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thick.

5

Cut the Crackers

Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into squares or desired shapes. Transfer the cut crackers onto the prepared baking sheet.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers are crispy.

7

Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve as a snack or with dips.
