Cook the Beans
In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the canned black and pinto beans, and stir in the ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through.

Combine with Chilies
Add the diced green and red chilies to the bean mixture. Stir well and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to combine the flavors. Remove from heat.

Fill the Tortillas
Lay out each large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon an equal amount of the bean and chili mixture onto the center of each tortilla, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.

Roll the Burritos
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a tight burrito. Ensure the filling is secured inside.

Serve the burritos warm, accompanied by sour cream, chopped cilantro, and sliced jalapeños on the side for additional flavor.
