Prepare the Churro Dough

Mix in Flour
Once boiling, remove from heat and quickly stir in flour until a smooth dough forms. Return to low heat and cook, stirring, for about 1-2 minutes until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Add Eggs
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let cool for a few minutes. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.

Pipe Churros
Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Carefully pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length with scissors.

Fry Until Golden
Fry the churros for about 2-4 minutes or until they are golden brown, turning them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Drain and Cool
Using a slotted spoon, remove the churros from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
