Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasoning
Drain excess fat, if necessary. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.

Prepare Tortillas
In a separate skillet, heat the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and slightly crispy.

Assemble Tacos
On each tortilla, layer the seasoned beef, followed by shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Top each taco with a dollop of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa.
