Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Bucatini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bucatini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- 2
Prepare the Seafood Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3
Add Tomatoes and Spices
Add the canned pomodoro tomatoes and red chili flakes. Season with salt and black pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4
Cook the Seafood
Add the shrimp, mussels, and calamari to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels open and shrimp are cooked through.
- 5
Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked bucatini to the skillet with the seafood sauce. Toss together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- 6
Serve
Serve hot, garnished with grated Grana Padano cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
