Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a boil and scrape the brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Serve
Serve the chicken piccata with vegetables of your choice, drizzling the lemon caper sauce over the top.
