Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass or a rocks glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass with the Aperol.

Finish with Club Soda
Top off the drink with 1 oz of club soda for a refreshing fizz.

Garnish
Add an orange slice for garnish, and if desired, an olive as well.

Serve
Give the cocktail a gentle stir and serve immediately with a straw or cocktail stirrer.
