Main Ingredients

Lemon Butter Sauce

Method

Grilling the Salmon

1

Prepare the Salmon

Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.

2

Season the Fillets

Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets to season them.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

4

Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5

Remove from Grill

Once cooked, remove the salmon fillets from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Making Lemon Butter Sauce

6

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter until fully melted.

7

Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant. Do not let it brown.

8

Mix in Lemon Zest and Juice

Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing well to combine all ingredients.

9

Add Fresh Parsley

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Mix until evenly distributed.
