Cilantro-Lime Chicken Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Tostadas

While the chicken is resting, place corn tostadas on a serving platter. Top each tostada with shredded jack cheese and a generous dollop of sour cream.

  4. 4

    Assemble and Serve

Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the prepared tostadas. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
