Prepare the Glass
Fill two rocks glasses with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.

Combine with Kombucha
Remove ice from the rocks glasses and strain the mixed cocktail into each glass, filling them halfway. Top each cocktail with kombucha.

Garnish and Serve
Express the oils from the orange peel over each cocktail and drop it in as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
