Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine the green chiles and shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Grilling

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Add Filling
In the last 2 minutes of grilling, place a generous amount of the green chile and cheese mixture on top of each chicken breast. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

Prepare Tomatillo Salsa
Boil the tomatillos and jalapeño in water until soft (about 10 minutes). Blend them together in a food processor with salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve
Once the chicken is grilled and the cheese is melted, remove from the grill. Serve the chicken breasts with salsa fresca and tomatillo salsa on the side.
