Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color rotelle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add the jumbo shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Cream Sauce
In the same skillet used for the shrimp, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the cream sauce. Toss gently to coat. Stir in the diced tomato and avocado, mixing until everything is well combined and heated through.
