Stuffed Mushrooms
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully. Set the caps aside.
- 2
Make the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- 3
Stuff the Mushrooms
Spoon the cheese mixture into each mushroom cap generously, pressing down gently to pack the stuffing.
- 4
Bake the Mushrooms
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 5
Prepare the Salad
While the mushrooms are baking, prepare a fresh green salad using mixed greens and dress with house dressing.
- 6
Serve
Once the mushrooms are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving them alongside the fresh salad.
