Method

Buffalo Grilled Shrimp

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the peeled shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and buffalo sauce. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Shrimp

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Fried Chicken Fingers

  1. 3

    Prepare the Chicken

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

  2. 4

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  3. 5

    Fry the Chicken

In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Shrimp Spread

  1. 6

    Mix the Spread

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well until smooth.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Serve the Combo Tray

Arrange the shrimp, chicken fingers, and shrimp spread into a large serving tray. Serve with cocktail sauce, Esha sauce, honey mustard, and ranch dressing on the side.
