Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crabmeat Stuffing

In a bowl, combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Stuff the Flounder

Preheat the broiler. Place the flounder fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the crabmeat stuffing evenly onto each fillet.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Shrimp Topping

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Combine and Broil

Top each stuffed flounder fillet with cooked shrimp and a slice of lemon. Broil in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the top is golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve immediately with additional lemon slices if desired.
