Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Start by preheating your broiler to high. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise down the center, stopping just before the tail fin.

2

Lift the Lobster Meat

Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base. Place the lobster meat on top of the shell.

3

Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

4

Broil the Lobster Tails

Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture. Place the lobster tails on a broiler pan and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with additional butter halfway through cooking.

5

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges and melted butter on the side.
