Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Beefeater gin, Aperol, Strega Alberti Benevento, agave syrup, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice.
Shake it Up
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
