Preparation

1

Prepare Potato Crisps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Season with salt. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

2

Mix the Beef Tartare

In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped Angus beef, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, capers, shallots, parsley, salt, and black pepper. If using adobo spices, add smoked paprika, cumin, and chili powder. Mix gently until well combined.

Plating

On a serving plate, create a mound of the beef tartare mixture. Use a ring mold for a neat presentation if desired. Place the egg yolk on top of the tartare. Serve with potato crisps and crostini on the side.
