Whipped Butter Preparation

Whip the Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, heavy cream, and honey. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Assemble the Bread Basket
Transfer the whipped butter to a serving dish. Drizzle the Aurelius olive oil over the top and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt. Serve immediately with a selection of fresh bread.
