Preparation Steps

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3

Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4

Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with focaccia or gluten-free baguette.
