Directions
Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.
Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the house lemonade, prickly pear puree, fresh lime juice, and selected spirit.
Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of prickly pear.
