Prepare the Salmon
Coat the salmon fillets with blackening seasoning on both sides. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Once hot, place the salmon in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until blackened and cooked to your liking. Remove from heat and let rest.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the spring mix, Yah's mango salsa, feta cheese, and chopped pecans. Toss gently to combine.

Serve
Place the salad mixture on a serving plate. Slice the blackened salmon and lay it on top of the salad. Serve with pepper jelly dressing on the side.
