Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprout halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

Fry the Sprouts
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Add Cheese
Once the Brussels sprouts are fried, remove them from the heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while they are still hot.
