Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until the seasonings are fully incorporated into the beef.

  2. 2

    Form the Patty

Shape the seasoned beef into two equal patties, each weighing about half a pound. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent it from puffing up while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Fried Egg

  1. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, or cook longer if you prefer a firmer yolk.

French Fries

  1. 5

    Cook the French Fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to the package instructions, either by baking or frying. Once cooked, season with salt to taste.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a cooked beef patty. Top each patty with a fried egg. Add cheese slices if desired, followed by optional toppings like ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and tomato slices. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve the breakfast burger alongside a generous portion of French fries.
