Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
With your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brown Meatballs
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and brown the meatballs on all sides. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Add Broth and Cream
Gradually whisk in the beef broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Once smooth, stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Combine Meatballs and Gravy
Add the browned meatballs back to the skillet with the gravy. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the gravy has thickened.

Serve the Swedish meatballs hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. They are great with mashed potatoes or lingonberry sauce.
