Steak Tips
Mushroom Gravy (optional)
Method
Steak Tips Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Steak
Cut the beef sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Steak
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak pieces in the mixture to coat evenly.
- 3
Cook the Steak
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the seasoned steak pieces. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- 4
Garnish
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle fresh parsley over the cooked steak tips before serving.
Mushroom Gravy Preparation (optional)
- 5
- 6
Add Garlic
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 7
Make the Gravy
Sprinkle the gluten-free flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine. Gradually add the beef broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
- 8
Season the Gravy
Add thyme, salt, and black pepper. Let the gravy simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
- 9
Serve
Serve the mushroom gravy over the steak tips if desired.
