Method
Wings Preparation

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.

Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce until well coated. Keep warm until serving.
Loaded Potato Skins Preparation

Bake the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the russet potatoes and bake them directly on the oven rack for about 45 minutes, or until tender.

Prepare the Skins
Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin.

Fill and Bake
Sprinkle the insides with salt and fill with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish
Top with green onions and serve with sour cream on the side.

Peel and slice the large onions into 1/4 inch thick rings.
