Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy.

  3. 3

    Coat with Buffalo Sauce

Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in buffalo sauce until well coated. Keep warm until serving.

Loaded Potato Skins Preparation

  1. 4

    Bake the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the russet potatoes and bake them directly on the oven rack for about 45 minutes, or until tender.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Skins

Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin.

  3. 6

    Fill and Bake

Sprinkle the insides with salt and fill with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. 7

    Garnish

Top with green onions and serve with sour cream on the side.

Crispy Onion Rings Preparation

  1. 8

    Slice the Onions

Peel and slice the large onions into 1/4 inch thick rings.

  2. 9

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with bread crumbs mixed with salt.

  3. 10

    Bread the Onion Rings

Dip each onion ring first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

  4. 11

    Fry the Rings

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Fried Mozzarella Preparation

  1. 12

    Bread the Mozzarella

Set up a breading station similar to the onion rings: flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs.

  2. 13

    Coat the Cheese

Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then in the egg mixture, and coat with bread crumbs.

  3. 14

    Fry the Mozzarella

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serving the Sampler

  1. 15

    Plate the Dish

Arrange the wings, loaded potato skins, crispy onion rings, and fried mozzarella on a large platter.

  2. 16

    Add Dipping Sauces

Serve with blue cheese dressing, nectar sauce, and marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
